Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition — unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note that items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will organise a replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and funds have not appeared, please contact your bank provider.

EU Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer protection law.
During this time, you may return your order for any reason, provided the item remains unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
