Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification once it has been shipped, including tracking details.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Typical timeframes are as follows:

Please note these are estimated timeframes only — actual delivery times may vary due to customs delays, courier schedules, or external factors beyond our control.

This does not include our 1-3 day processing timeframe. 


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realise an error after checkout, contact us immediately — while we’ll do our best to correct it, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

While we work only with trusted carriers, occasionally shipments may be delayed or damaged in transit.

If your parcel:

  • Hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

  • Arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
    We’ll assist in resolving the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are payable by the recipient upon delivery if required.


Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

Items marked as pre-order or back-order will ship once available. Estimated dispatch dates will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.
You will receive a separate shipping confirmation once your item has been sent.
